"That call was intended to mislead the Anambra population. The people of Anambra cannot be asked to elect lawmakers from the opposition party to collaborate with Soludo while Obi is discussing the development of the state.
"When he first took office as governor, he dealt with a legislature that was predominated by PDP lawmakers, and he is aware that it was difficult for him.
"We hope that it is not the same thing he wants to set up Soludo for. He even suffered impeachment because of that.
"If the people of Anambra want the development efforts of Mr. Governor to continue, they should campaign vigorously for APGA on Saturday.
"It is improper to discuss development while advocating for the election of opposition politicians to the House of Assembly. That is lying.
"The people of Anambra supported Obi in the presidential election, and on top of that, Soludo refrained from interfering as the populace turned out to vote for the Labour Party, and that was even before Soludo created an atmosphere that encouraged voter turnout.
"We supported the Labour Party in the race for the presidency, but we will be supporting the APGA in the race for the House of Assembly, and we want the people of Anambra to know it." declared Soludo.
