400 billion of the new money was retrieved from APC Presidential flag bear, Ahmed Bola Tinubu's underground home after President Buhari gave the EFCC permission to raid his residence.
Investigations are still ongoing to determine which bank manager gave Tinubu access to such funds; however, with 400 billion, he likely holds all of the currency printed for Nigeria.
