The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)'s naira redesign policy has received support from members of the council of state.
To alleviate Nigerians' suffering, the council did ask CBN governor Godwin Emefiele to release new naira notes or circulate old ones.
President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the gathering, which took place on Friday at the presidential villa.
National Council Of State approved CBN new naira policy, asked FG to obey Supreme Court 15th February new deadline, During a Meeting with President Buhari Today.
In attendance are Former Head Of States And Presidents, Yakubu Gowon, Abudulsalami Abubakar And Goodluck Jonathan.
CBN Governor, AGF, IGP, Govs, SP, CJF, Reps Speaker, etc are also attending the Emergency Council Of State Meeting.
