President Muhammadu Buhari has made serious allegations against state governors.
The president said it was inconceivable that some governors would collect money on behalf of local governments in their states only to transfer half of them to council chairmen while others diverted it entirely.
The same governors owed local government and primary school teachers 6-7 months salary.
This is wickedness at the highest level.
