SHEIKH MUHAMMAD SHOT DEAD BY A SOLDIER

A soldier named John Gabreil shot and killed Sheikh Muhammad Goni Aisami, an Islamic scholar, after giving him a ride in his car. He then called Adamu Gideon of Recca Battalion 241 for assistance in transporting the car to safety, but it had broken down and was immobile. 

After being captured and being with the Army authority in Damaturu, the two soldiers admitted to having forced the scholar to keel in his car.
