Peter Obi’s running mate and Labour Party’s vice presidential candidate for Nigeria’s 2023 presidential election, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari does not understand the ways corruption takes place in Nigeria,
Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed said Buhari talks about corruption but has never clinically or scientifically fought corruption.
Baba-Ahmed explained that corruption is being perpetrated in Nigeria in the following ways;
Inflated government contracts, unremitted revenue, extortion, conversion of public properties to private properties, misuse of security votes, wastefulness by government and undue influence of fraternity/relationship in government.
