The residents of Alor, in the Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, have donated N30 million to assist the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Nwabueze Ngige's Expression of Interest and presidential Nomination form.
The President-General of the Alor Peoples Convention, Chief Uzoma Igbonwa, handed over the document containing the names of the contributors to the Minister today in Abuja, reiterating the resolve of Nd-Alor to assist their son clinch the presidential ticket of the All Progressives Party (APC) and win the 2023 presidential election.
In a statement earlier this week, the traditional ruler of Alor, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Collins Chukwumesili, made a heartfelt appeal to the leaders of the APC to help their son emerge triumphant.
