Former President Goodluck Jonathan has taken up the declaration of interest and nomination papers for the All Progressives Congress presidential race in 2023. (APC).
At the International Conference Centre (ICC), a northern Fulani group took the yield of the forms on behalf of Jonathan yesterday.
