During Governor Charles Soludo's Thanksgiving Mass at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Isuofia, he reassured the congregations that Chief Willie will be liberated.
"Former Governor Willie Obiano is a decent man, and he will be liberated from his current EFCC incarceration," He said.
