Remove all road blocks in Anambra State as there is no legal justification in erecting them on major roads in the state, court urged the state government and Police Commissioner.
Justice Ogu made the call on Tuesday, in a case between Francis Moneke verses Anambra State Government and ORS. The Jugde maintained that such blockage violates the applicant's right to freedom of movement.
