Dr. David Matsanga, a renowned Pan African and political scientist, has reacted to the negotiations over the release of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Nigeria's restructuring. Negotiating with people who compare the life of a human being to that of a mere animal, according to him, is impossible. He claimed that Nigeria's President, Mohammadu Buhari, is insane, claiming that he does not respect the fundamental human rights of the people he governs.
