Aliko Dangote, Africa's richest man, has increased his net worth by N8.4 trillion as a result of increased demand for his cement company, Dangote Cement, and the recently constructed fertilizer plant.
Last Friday, Dangote's net worth increased to $20.1 billion (N8.4 trillion).
In 2014, he amassed a net worth of $26.27 billion (N11 trillion).
Burundi, Somalia, Burkina Faso, the Central African Republic, Mozambique, and many other countries are poorer than him.
