The suspect has been practicing law for over 10 years, however, luck ran out of him when he was suspected and cross examined during one of his practices in a court room at Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Intelligent learned friends, gathered that the suspect, Stanley Ejirogene, has been parading himself as a lawyer for over ten years now.
During his cross examination, he was unable to tell the court the University and law school he attended.
The presiding Judge, Justice C. Nwogu remanded the suspect in custody, until essential investigations are completed.
Nyekwere disclosed, that they were informed by the Supreme Court, that they do not have the name of Ejirogene Stanley, as a lawyer and also his name is not on the data base of Nigeria Bar Association.
