The GOC, 82 Division rejected the chieftain of APGA, Victor Umeh and other party members who arrived at the Ihiala Local Government Area headquarters.
The GOC screamed at Chief Umeh who insisted that he was there to ensure things go well. "You are not supposed to be here".
