NNAMDI KANU'S CASE ADJOURNED TO JAN 19 AND 20, 2022

 


This was after he appeared before Justice Binta Nyako at a Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday.


The trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has been adjourned till January 19 and 20, 2022, 


Nnamdi Kanu was said to have pleaded with the Judge to allow his American lawyer to witness the proceeding of the court. Adding that the lawyer is handing his case in America. 


The lawyers of Nnamdi Kanu was barred from entering the courtroom by the DSS. When the Nnamdi's case was called up, the judge asked him if the case will proceed without his lawyers and he refused. 


It was said that the IPOB leader’s lawyers had earlier staged a walkout before the presiding judge.


That means Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will spend his Christmas in DSS cell, without seeing his family.
