In Port Harcourt, a 16 yead old girl who had accused her father of raping her and report him to human right group, Center for Basic Right Protection and Accountability Campaign has made a confessional statement.
According to her confessional statement which she made at River State Police Headquarters, located at Moscow Road, she revealed that she has an evil spirit that induces her to lay false allegations. Consequently, what she said about her father was false.
