The President Muhammadu Buhari has lifted the Twitter ban and accused Southern Senators and other Nigerian lawmakers of funding the Oduduwa and Biafra agitation.
Mr President made the remarks during a televised broadcast on Friday to commemorate Nigeria's 61st anniversary of independence.
