Cynthia Nwala, the Leader of the Etche Legislative Assembly in Rivers State was stripped naked.
By Chairman Obinna Anyanwu's command, she was allegedly stripped naked and her car was wrecked by the council's Chief Security Officer, also known as SUP.
According to them, her fault was taking the assembly's mace with her before the council's gate was locked, and she was allegedly thrashed by CSO and their cohort.
