President Muhammadu Buhari visited Imo state today 9th September 2021 as it was planned.
The President met a deserted city upon arrival at Owerri the capital city of Imo state as came to commission technology tunnel.
All the streets and roads where empty even the prominent Imo traditional rulers stays away, even Women hired to receive the President with Cultural dance failed to show up.
