One time governor of Anambra State and indigene of IgboUkwu in Anambra State, Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife had reminded the Fulanis that Nigerian Civil was between Biafra and Britain and not with the Fulani. He said, "Whenever Fulani threaten Igbos with war, I laugh because Fulani has never fought a war with Igbos.
He added, that the only tribe Fulani can threaten is the Hausas because they conquered them in their Jihad war. They should remember that we fought the almight Britain with little or no weapon for 3 long years.
Fulanis are just making noise because their brother is in power.
