It was gathered that unknown gunmen chased police away and set their station ablaze at Uzuakoli in Bende Local Government of Abia State at early hours of Monday, April 19th 2021.
A similar event had occurred at World Bank housing estate Police Station Aba, some weeks ago. In the event, the police station was set on fire and properties worth millions of Naira were destroyed.
