A lady identified as Mrs Nnadozie Ujunwa chopped off the index finger of her niece who stays with her in Onitsha Anambra State.
The residents of Ejirika street Okpoko where Mrs Nnadozie heated a little girl of 8 years who started staying with her since her mother died were shocked as she said it was an unintentional act.
