A 31 year-old man who based in Aba-Abia State identified as Chukwudi arrested a 22 year-old girl Queen Benita (Facebook name) for defrauding him ₦8,500 meant for transport fare from Porr-Harcourt to Aba on October 10, 2019.
Both met on Facebook and agreed that She will visit Him. Benita lured Chuckwudi to send ₦8,500 to her Access Bank Account as transport fare.
Chuckwudi's Lawyer - Ken Ukpai Esq, said the act was a calculated measure to defraud his client and in separate petitions to the Force Headquarters and the court, Ken demands the compensation of N850,000 for his client, noting that his client is a businessman and if the said money was to be invested into his business since that day (About 10 Months ago) he would have made more than the demanded Amount.
