A young man who was popularly known as Jovial man Onyeocha Umuokwu na Alor was shot dead by a Nigerian Police Officer on duty yesterday, 25th December 2019 in Alor Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
It was gathered that the incident occurred when a cow cut the rope that used to tied them and started running which prompted the police officer on duty to start shooting the cows, he mistakenly shot this Jovial man to dead.
