A Peace Mass Transit driver was naked and flogged by Nigerian Police for refusing to give them bribe on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 on the highway, along Owerri-Nta in Imo State.
According to the passenger who said that the police demanded for a certain amount of money which the driver refused and that led to the beating and public embarrassment.
