This one of the victims of Ochanja market in Onitsha inferno identified with Facebook name as smart Onyeoma who lost his hard earned money in a petrol tanker that fell into a ditch and spilled its contents which destroyed structures and goods of Nigerians on October 16, 2019 is urgently needed by Rt Honourable Ozurigbo Ugonna.
