The African Union (AU) has nominated the Former Nigerian President Goodluck Johathan to guide election observers to Mozambique.
He meant to leave the country on Friday being October 11, 2019 for Maputo, the capital city of Mozambique which was scheduled on October 15, 2019 the general elections.
He is to overseeing the deployment of the mission of 40 member team of observers in different parts of the country.
