Another petrol tanker exploded on October 17, 2019 at Omagba phase 2 besides learning field international school in Onitsha Anambra State after the first outbreak at Upper Iweka down to Ochanja market on October 16, 2019.
This incident started around 2.45am last night but as God may have it, it was quenched around 4am.
