HOT WATER WELCOME, ON A DAUGHTER'S BOYFRIEND

A woman who is not in support her daughter's relationship with a level 300 boy has poured hot water on the boy as a welcome gift. 

The victim is a statistics student of University of Abuja. The mother of his girlfriend has not been in support of the relationship. She has been warning the young man for a long time but he seems to have turned deaf ear. 

On that fateful day, the mother of his girlfriend invited him for reconciliation and dialogue, after giving him a seat, she went in and brought a pot of boiling water which she poured on him without hesitation. 

She also raised false alarm against the victim. She called him a thief. 

Later, police were invited. The victim has been taking to a nearby hospital while the woman was taking to police station for further investigations.
