The President Muhammadu Buhari ordered the world Bank specifically to focus on Northern part of Nigeria and that decision has really affected them.
The grant which was made for every individual in the country that President commanded the them to face a particular set of people in the country, as a result to balance the equation is now a problem because the work has been very difficult for them.
