TRIBUNAL: BUHARI'S WAEC NOT IN EXISTENCE

President Muhammadu Buhari’s Secondary School certificate is not in existence when he claimed he Graduated from in 1961, while
school established in 1975.

Buhari graduated from the school in 1961 after undertaking the University of Cambridge West African School Certificate Examinations (WACE) and obtaining five credits in English Language, Geography, Hausa Language, History, and Health Science.

The computer printout from Cambridge University, as well as a statement of result, signed by the current principal of Katsina College and dated January 21, 2015.

Controversy had arisen over Buhari’s academic credentials due to his failure to tender them to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as required.

The former Head of State had deposed to an affidavit saying that his certificate was in the possession of the Secretary of the Military board but the army denied the claim.

Therefore, either Atiku Abubakar is sworn in or the court cancel 2019 presidential election because All Progressive Congress (APC) had no other candidate during her presidential primaries.
