This is Ngwa road Aba Abia State, the commercial city of Aba in front of new market (Ahia ohuu).
This road is named after Ngwa village. I don't know why Governor of Abia State who also from Ngwa decided to abandoned this road.
People buy, sell and eat in front of this place.
