Fulanis are supposed to be the attackers only.
Weapons are legalized once it's in the hands of the Fulanis.
Other tribe's farmers are supposed to be killed or suffer lost in the hands of Fulani herdsmens and their cattles.
Tax payers money are supposed to be used to fund Fulanis cattle business.
Communities suppose to give away their lands to Fulani herdsmen.
