RUGA IN ABIA STATE LOADING: ABIA STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES LAND FOR A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROJECT UNDER THE GUISE OF TRAILER PARK EXECUTED BY THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT

Dear brothers.

It's unfortunate I can not be in your midst today for a reason I have  communicated to our President. But permit me to intimate you of an ominous development very close to my community. Aro Ngwa ancient Kingdom is an autonomous community ruled by HRH Eze Enwereji and it lies east of my autonomous community. There's an advanced plan to establish a Trailer Park by the Federal Government using the the Federal Ministry of Transportation as the agent, in a large expanse of land in Aro Ngwa autonomous community between the old Toll Gate at Mkpuka  and Aro Ngwa junction on Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway.

When I heard about it I approached Eze Enwereji to discourage him from approving the project because I suspect a sinister motive behind a Trailer Park in the middle of no where but he's adamant. I suspect a Cattle colony in the long run because I don't figure out what the trailers will be off-loading if not cattle. What they'll be on-loading from there I can't even imagine. If cattle, who will be dealing on them if not Fulanis?  The Park am told will host a hospital, Police station, school, bank, etc. I have put a call to our brother Barrister Ihediwa former Commission of Lands who confirmed that the place has been approved for the Federal Ministry of Transportation and that if it turns out to be used other than as a Trailer Park  the State will revoke the C of O.

My dear brothers I don't see how the State government will succeed then if the Fulanis have settled in the place. Pse join me to stop this project lest we regret this infiltration. We don't need a Trailer Park from the Federal government in Ngwaland.  The land in question runs into several hectares. Already our people are suffering from the infestation of Fulani herdsmen. Only God knows what would happen if this "Trailer Park" is established in the end.  Thank you.
