Documents belonging to one Ukpabi Judith who graduated from Abia State University (ABSU), studied Banking and Finance and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate found in a cap in Abuja.
It was gathered that the owner misplaced it in a cab where the driver found it and be searching for the owner.
