The Fulani herdsmen were on Wednesday took over the farms in Obikofia in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State forcefully and their cows have destroyed Obikofia's farm crops.
"The Jihadist Herdsmen has forcefully taken over farms in Obokofia, in Ohaji/Egbema LGA of Imo state, shooting sporadically at farmers.
The villagers earlier warned the foreign to stop grazing on their farmlands as their cattle were destroying their crops.
The herders emboldened by the Federal govt refused to vacate the farmlands started shooting in the air while the villagers are running for safety."
