BREAKING NEWS: ABBA KYARI IS NIGERIA'S DE FACTO PRESIDENT

A Newspaper columnist with Nigerian Tribune, Mr. Farooq Kperogi, has reacted to a purported secret document on the suspension of the Rural Grazing Area- RUGA initiative, currently in circulation on social media.

In the document posted by several online users, chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari’s alleged signature can be seen on the letter, directing that the initiative be put on hold because it was not in accordance with the designs approved by;

a) the National Economic Council (NEC);

b) the National Food Security Council NM): and

c) the Federal Executive Council (FECY).

According to the letter (which you can see below), the chief of staff hints that RUGA may still take effect after an implementation committee of the National Livestock Transformation Program comprising of representatives from NEC, NSFC and when the Hon. Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development will be inaugurated in due course to oversee the delivery of this project.

Abba Kyari is Nigeria’s de facto president. Man Alleges After Purported Secret Document On RUGA Suspension Surfaces

Reacting, Mr. Kperogi called Abba Kyari Nigeria’s de facto president, alleging the chief of staff was not hiding it anymore.

“Abba Kyari is Nigeria’s de facto president. I’ve said this before many times in my columns & social media posts. He isn’t even hiding it anymore. See this memo that’s going viral on social media. Although the office of the CoS to the President isn’t in the constitution, Kyari signed one” he tweeted

He went on to fault the chief of staff for his choice of words regarding whose orders the letter emanated from.

“of the most important memos on the most pressing issue in the nation.

He didn’t say, “The president has directed me to…”; he simply said, “The president has directed…” because he IS the president.
Buhari is barely aware he exists & hardly knows what’s going on in the nation.

I laughed at people who expected Kyari to not be reappointed.

Why would he not reappoint himself? He is Mamman Daura’s boy and acts on his behalf.
 Daura is Buhari’s nephew and benefactor who micro-manages him, but he’s now in his 80s, so Kyari acts for him. You had been warned!”  Kperogi said.
