The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Chairman, Professor Yakubu Mahmoud has changed his statement, very soon he will arrive at the same point because Nigerians are not fools.
He said that they used server but for experiment only that it was used previously not 2019 elections.
Truth is coming out gradually.
Atiku's stolen mandate must be returned.
