SEE PORT-HARCOURT ROAD THAT WAS SAID TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY ABIA STATE GOVERNOR

This is a Crystal Park Junction by Port-Harcourt road Aba in Abia which Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu posted on his Facebook page few months ago that was under construction.

The other one is Eme Street by same Port-Harcourt road Aba.

The Port-Harcourt road is still as bad as it was till today.

It's now a death trap to motorists and road users.

So where did he get the pictures of these roads under construction below:
