The Prince Engr. Arthur Eze has declared free education to all the students of prison's college Abuja and promised to pay over twenty million naira for their annual tuition.
He made this statement when he had audience with Prisons Headquarters Abuja. During the meeting he said, "as long as it pleases God to bless me I will always return God's blessings to the society for common good and support government to work for all of us."
