The leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu spoke sense into the mind of Canada-based Biafrans.
He said to them:
"You are in Canada. No doubt, Canada is a beautiful place with good Government.
Your kids don't speak Igbo, they don't have affiliation with home.
Truth is, your kids will marry foreigners and when that happens, your name is gone, the name of your family will be erased permanently.
But there is a name from where we come from.. AHAMEFUNA.. (May my name not get lost).
Again, If we decide to live in Canada forever and ever, Who is going to build our land for us?
This is my question. Who will build our home? FULANI will run us over, they are so much in a hurry and we must have to match them with same speed now"
