This young Nigerian lady identified as Christiana Nkemdirim was on Thursday sentenced to 8 months imprisonment without the option of fine.
She engaged into Yahoo Yahoo girl and defrauded a victim N150,000 online.
While in 2013 this politician named John Yakubu was arraigned by Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) for stolen the sum of N32.8billion meant for police pension money.
He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with the option of N750,000 fine.
Among the two, who deserved option of fine?
N750,000 is nothing to him. Therefore, he paid the fine on the spot and walk to his home as a free man.
Nigerian law is rigid to some persons while it's not so to others.
