This is to notify the public about the new signs of Kidnapping in Nigeria.
If you are on a motorcycle or in a taxi and you hear the bike man or driver makes or receives calls and along the lines you hear him says "Lace or Ankara. That means they are kidnappers.
Just pretend and come down from the taxi or bike immediately.
Lace means Male while Ankara means Female.
