HEALTH TIPS ON WEIGHT LOSS



Some persons are not comfortable with the size of their body especially their stomachs. 

There's a remedy to reduce abdominal fat. 


Just follow this step to reduce your abdominal fat. 

*  Get a branch of parsley or coriander.

*   Get a cucumber. 

*   Get a spoonful of aloe vera gel. 

*    Get a spoonful of ground ginger. 

*    Grind them together and add the following:

*    A Half a glass of water. 

*   A spoonful of honey. 

*   A spoonful of lemon juice. 

Start taking it only night before going to bed with a cup for 7 days.
