HEALTH TIPS ON HOW TO BURN BELLY FAT



This is a natural way to get rid of belly fat in 5 days without engaging in any exercise. 

Just get the following:

*  Colgate 
*  Onion 
*  Balm 
*  Vaseline 
*  Lemon 

How to prepare it:

*  Get a spoon of Colgate 
*  Get half spoon of Vaseline 
*  Get half spoon of Balm (Aboniki bakm/Vapor rub) 
*  Cut half part of lemon, extract juice from it. 
*  Blend one onion and extract the juice too. 

Gather all ingredients and mix together then apply it directly on your belly. 

Get a wrapper and use it to make layer and tie it around your belly. 

You expected to leave it for 50 minutes before washing it.
