A Fulani boy chopped a lady's head on Wednesday at Ilasa in Ekiti State.
He was arrested by the State Police. Very soon you will still see the same boy moving freely in that town.
His case cannot be tried in any Nigeria court.
His brothers have filled up in Nigerian cabinet and Cabals in government. Therefore no cause for alarm in his side.
