There was trouble in Aba South Local Government Area of Abia State as the indigene block the entrance gate with coffin and black magic to prevent people from entering their offices on Wednesday.
The indigenes reacted over the recent nomination of Barrister Charles Esionu from Isialangwa and N.C.N.C Okoli from Anambra State as the caretaker Committee Chairman of Aba North and South Local Government Area respectively.
They were not happy as government imposed these two individuals on them as a result, they shutdown the LGA headquarters by invoking the spirit of 'Ndi ichie nwoke na Ndi nwanyi' to come and fight for them.
They lamented that they have capable sons and daughters that are very royal to the government at the state capital who can handle such affairs.
These two individuals are coming to represent them for second time and it has never been done in any LGA in the state and Nigeria in general, they lamented.
