President Muhammadu Buhari signed out ₦8.9 trillion budget last week.
How the whole money were shared:
₦751 million was budgeted for travelling around the world.
₦250 million was budgeted for local trips.
The president is meant to spend ₦164.1 million on honorarium and sitting allowance.
₦25.7 million budgeted on meals and refreshments.
The Office of the President will spend ₦8.5 million on the purchase of books in the 2019 fiscal year.
₦98.3 million budgeted for foodstuff, catering materials supplies, with refreshment.
₦25.7 million is for meal.
₦576 million was set aside for the phased replacement of vehicles, spares and tyres in the presidential CVU, security/police escort and State House operational fleet.
Other budgetary allocations for the first citizens include sporting activities allowance ₦30.2 million.
Purchase of sporting/gaming equipment for ₦38 million.
Motor vehicle fuel cost ₦68 million.
Plant/generator fuel cost ₦45.7 million.
Cooking gas allowance ₦18.6 million.
