The fellow in this picture is a Fulani man. His name is Ibrahim Mustafa. He works as a doctor in Adamawa State.
He was a ward attendant in Gombe state until he somehow laid hold on the NECO, MBBS and NYSC certificates from a real doctor who graduated from BUK. After he took hold of the documents, he left Gombe State and relocated to Adamawa.
He used these documents to land a plum job in Adamawa as a Doctor. He rose to the position of Principal Medical Director (equivalent of CMD or chief medical director in Southern Nigeria) of Fufore cottage hospital.
During his stint, he successfully killed over 15 persons while performing surgeries. After several complaints, his academics were investigated. He was later uncovered as a fraud.
He recently said he has no regret as he knows what he's doing. Thankfully, he's in police net.
