"WE DEMAND APOLOGY FROM YOU" — ANGLICAN CHURCH TELLS GOV OBIANO


The Anglican Church in Anambra State has demanded an apology from Governor Willie Obiano for betraying Igbos during the last presidential election. 

They were annoyed on how he supported President Muhammadu Buhari reelection. He betrayed Igbo race and wounded us in such a way that he prevented his benefactor the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Vice presidential candidate Peter Obi.

The Anglican Bishop, Rt. Rev. Samuel Ezeofor at the the 2nd Session of the Fifth Synod of Diocese of Aguata held at St. James Anglican Church Uga, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State was on Friday described what Governor Obiano did as an act of betrayed which has inflicted a deep wound on the people of the region.

He added that Obiano's action demanded apology for betraying Igbos.
